Conditions: cold needed pants and three t-shirts and hat
Result: I went to the doctor today. he said I need to gradually inc./ dec intensity and length of workouts. No more cold turkey.
He said I had something wrong w/ my a-t band. I stretched it for a while.
I felt really comfortable running today the cold was nice.
