I did a very extensive streching session before I ran.for about 20-30 mins. then I ran. see below
The coarse was not on the road because my shins were hurting. So I ran on the grass perimeter by felix festa. It was what I needed for my shins. I hyper extended my bad ankle once or twice but not too far. It was just far enough to hurt. Everything else was well.
