shitty run

I decided to run from JFK HS in Plainview... but all went to hell I was running on the greenbelt trail for about 30 mins when I rolled my ankle. It is the worst I have personally experianced. But i expect to be better in the next month. maybe that is a hope and not reality. Can't I dream or can I?
