I stretched on Merrick road by ocean ave in Massapequa. I then ran north on the greenbelt trail all the way up to the overpass over southern state parkway ramp west. then I ran back mostly on dirt trails. My body felt good during most of the run. at the end I did three strides to wake up my legs. Then I stretched my calves some more after I finished.
