Saturday I ran approx 8 miles on the Greenbelt trail north of 495. Good times

Monday: ran about 4 miles out and back to Copiague HS I did 7 strides on the strait ways on the track. Saw schroeder he told me I shold race in massepequa on saturday... hmmmm
