Result legs needed a wake up call. I haven't run since last Wednesday. It is always harder to get out the first time in a while not running. My excuse was to return a movie. My legs felt like shit. They filled up with acid nice and slow. so by the end i was a lame excuse for a runner. I need higher frequency running for extended periods of time. I need to push back my lactate threshold.
