Nice Ass Run!

Result: I was able to stretch my caves on a curb prior to my run... I think it helped. I focused on my form. My forward lean, knee drive, turn over. I find that when I slow down i put too much weight on my heels. I went out in the first two miles at 6:10 pace. then for the next two I slowed it down to almost 8min pace. Then the last two miles I picked up the pace again up to about 7 min pace. In the last mile i was going at about 6:30 pace.

Btw the reason the name of this post is "nice ass run" is because while i was stretching a kid had the guts to ask the time and as he walked away he told me I had a nice ass. I yelled back as a response that "I work hard."
