pace: as high as my heart rate could go. Which wasn't high at all

Weather: Humid and hot(luckily my route was mostly shady).

Distance: 6.2 miles/ 10 Km
pace: ~6:38 minutes pace
Result: It was hot, and it is mostly pavement. I thought I was going slow I guess My fitness is a little better than I thought it was. I came through the 3 mile in 20:06.
