pace: ~ 9:35( this run was practically all on sand.)
result: I feel fine definatly tired. my bandana kept the sweat out of my eyes. I didn't wear socks because they only weigh my feet down more when they get wet. My feet were fine not that much sand got in my shoes. th e last 2 miles my feet were a little wet. and my left heel developed a blister. a nice big one on the edge of my heel.
