Morning run in New Paltz

Night Run in Copiague
Type of run: marathon pace

Weather: freaky thick fog I took pictures at tanner of the fog. it was so wet It was condensating on my skin
Result: quads felt the run... probably a little sore from the bike ride.
Route: Home to tanner five mile run. it is actually 5.17 miles because i ran up great neck road till Shannon instead of Florida Ave. Click here for the route
Additional notes: ran past a hot polish chick on my block right by my house. I chatted with her but it was obvious she couldn't speak english well.Arg!
