Type of run: Premeditated 4 mile run

result: I know how hard it is to pick my legs up off the ground. I feel bad but I know I can work at it.
Weather: very humid a southerly landward breeze. so going back home was hot and sticky.
Location to tanner park and back... which looks really nice after all the construction. I can't remember it ever looking this nice. It was a lot of fun
