Type of run: jumped out the door running
Time:29:45
Time of day 2:30pm(yes I know it's fucking the hotest then)
Place: around the property of bardonia elementary school at work.(I got paid to run again)
I ran in the swealtering heat for 29 mins before my armpits started to cook up a smell that has never come from me before. I think the hair was melting. J/K! It was fucking hot though. And I felt like a slugg. Considering I can't remember when I last ran, I think I did good in the heat.
