Argyle to Belmont

Type of run: easy to moderate
Time: 50 mins
Time of day: 2:30pm
Result: In the warm up my hip flexors were really tight. My back is sore. I'm tired(I didn't get much sleep). I continued to roll down the trail. I feel confident that I will at least get a 2:05 on Monday. I seriously have to cut back the mileage this weekend. I have probably ran 20 miles in 2 runs. I need to recover a little bit.

Description: Ran north on trail to Belmont park then ran around Belmont lake then came strait back to west Babylon.
