Type of run: Track work out 200m sub 40 sec pace consistently

Sets:
10 min warm up
4x200
200m active rest between each
800m active rest after 200s set
3x300 + 100 sprint
400m active rest between each
1200m active rest after 300m+ set
2x400
1 min rest between each
13 min cool down

TIMES:
4x200m 3x300m + 100m 2x400m
37sec 57sec + 20sec 68sec
38sec 56sec + 20sec 67sec
37sec 55sec + 19sec
36sec

Result: feel good physically but my right hamstring is still a little tight, my calves are a little tight, I stretched them. I didn’t want to over stretch my hamstring because I know it is tender after a work out like this. I did a few dangles to stretch out my calves. Tomorrow I will go easy. I feel confident of where I am right now.
