Run 5 AM: 26:mins
Type: Tempo and threw in 2 800m intervals at R pace
Description: Ran to tanner park went around twice than cam back home.
Run 6 PM : 36 mins
Type: Relaxed run with 200m strides
Description: Ran to HS track in 12 mins did 4x200m in :35, :33, :33, :33 came back in 16 mins(but forgot my shirt so I had to go back and get it)
Over all feel pretty good. I am a little tight, but i didn't have much time to stretch. I am going to spend a lot of time stretching tomorrow.
