Type of run: Relaxed pace and mostly easy; near the end before the hills we sped up to a moderate pace.

Description: Ran north on the rail trail with Alex Nick and Rob. I felt good getting back into running after not running for 4 days. I really focused on running by swaying my shoulders and keeping a strongly composed form. By not swinging my arms I could definitely feel my abs tighten up. I also focused on thrusting my pelvis forward while running to get used to it. I figure that I need to get used to it at slower speeds before i do it at tempo. My heart rate was low (but not too low) And I was able to get it up when nick and I picked it up near the end. I think rob picked up the pace near the end more significantly than us.
Notes: By thrusting my pelvis down(or whatever you call it) i felt as if i could open my lags better. I need to do it more often. I don't know how I feel about swaying my shoulders instead of swinging my arms. Swinging my arms feels so much more natural.
Result: Confidence is raised. I don't feel so guilty for not running for 4 days in a row. It's nice to know my legs aren't still feeling bad like all last week.
