Type of run: Brisk 30 min run with breif track workout

Description: Ran north on manhiem S. crossed main st took that too the road that is parallel to main st. Went all the way up to frihoffers warehouse made a right crossed at the light ran past the school to the light on 32 turned right and came back to lefever.
Then I precede to the track where I did 6 x 100m strides. I focused on form turnover lean. I did some but kicks. Then I did continuous running first I ran a 38 second 200 w/ 200 m recovery. Then I ran a 75 second 400 with 400 recovery. Then a 38 sec 200 which was followed by a 11 min around campus cool down. I ended at lefever where I did a long stretch. I felt great taking my time and not sweating like a dog.
Notes: I felt really good today I wasn't feeling the soreness of the race from last Thursday and I felt like I had a lot of pent up energy. Now its all gone and I can't focus enough to get back to school work. I was pretty drunk last night but my body has recovered very quickly this time. Last time I got drunk it took my body more than a week to recover. Maybe that was complications of a couple things.
